The White Stallion development team has developed over 4000 Megawatts of power generation projects and has extensive background experience in all aspects of development of clean electric generation projects. That experience includes environmental permitting and compliance, fuel supply, procurement of the machinery and management of the construction, sale of power under long term financeable power purchase agreements, and the financing of major infrastructure projects and subsequent operations. The development phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2009 and the four-five year construction period will commence in early 2010.
